Our Story
ABOUT THE CLUB
We are both a Region in the AACA and in the Horseless Carriage Club. Our mission is to have fun driving our Brass era cars (pre-1915). Typically we have four tours a year...a one day spring garage tour (April), a spring three day tour (May or June), a fall three day tour (September) and a one day fall color tour (October). Our annual dinner meeting is in February.
Our members are from Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin, with a few outliers.
Our group survives on volunteerism. We take turns putting on tours and hosting events here in the Midwest. We all jump in to help each other with the events...a group of friends helping each other have fun.
We all look forward to meeting you on a tour and enjoying your company. Remember these cars were built to be driven, so let's get out and drive them. Let's share our passion for the old cars.

Fall 2019 3-Day Tour

"From Dairy Air to Kitchen Sinks" ...based out of Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin.
Visited the EAA Air Museum in Oshkosh, the Kohler Design Center, a massive tractor collection, museums, driving those great Wisconsin roads, and of course, ice cream to die for!! And we even survived the torrential rains!

A FOUR day Tour in conjunction with the Southern Wisconsin Regional of HCCA and Snappers Brass & Gas Touring Region of AACA. Thanks to our hosts for an awesome week. Who knew there were so many great roads in Wisconsin. You would never have known that our hosts had quite a time remapping routes around flooding. With all their trials, it was one great driving tour. It was so much fun to have multiple chapters come together; make new friends and enjoy a real variety of Brass Era cars. I even got to drive a Stanley Steamer - wahoo!!

We started the day at Earl D. Schoeffner Farm Museum in Momence Illinois...a must see. And then we traveled through the country side visiting friends and collections; ending up in Lowell Indiana for a visit to the McIntire's collection. Good fun and good roads. Thanks Mike.
